Vymezení optimální ceny dodávaných koupelnových sestav

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je vymezení optimální ceny dodávaných koupelnových sestav. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřovali na vývoj stavebnictví od roku 1993 až po současnost a bylo zmíněno několik významných milníků. Nejvýraznější dopad na dnešní situaci měl rok 2008 a začátek světové krize. Ta se podepsala na stavu ekonomiky, jak ji známe dnes. V praktické části jsme se zabývali nabídkou a poptávkou jako základní teorií mikroekonomie. Provedli jsme analýzu klientů a cen v dané lokalitě. Vytvořili jsme „zlatý střed“ a dle něho jsme stanovili nejběžnější cenu dodávané koupelnové sestavy a WC.The theme of this work is to define the optimal prices supplied bathroom sets. In the theoretical part, we focus on the development of the construction industry from 1993 to the present and there have been mentioned several important milestones. The most significant impact on today's situation was in 2008 and the beginning of the global crisis. The state of the economy has been influenced by it as we know it today. In the practical part, we examined the supply and demand as the fundamental theories of microeconomics. We performed analysis of clients and prices in the locality. We created the "golden middle" and according to him, we determined the most common price assemblies supplied bathroom and WC.
