Návrh automatu na svařování profilů (nosníků)

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a celkovou konstrukcí svařovacího automatu pro výrobu ocelových profilů/nosníků. Svařovací zařízení využívá metody MAG. Navržené svařovací zařízení je řešeno formou stavebnice komponentů od firmy FRONIUS. Cílem zadaného úkolu je analyzovat stávající výrobu, využitelnost vlastních zdrojů (z hlediska použitelnosti stávajících strojů) firmy a navržení pracoviště.The Diploma Thesis discusses the design and overall construction of an automatic machine for welding of girders. The welding machine uses the MAG Method. The designed welding machine is made as a construction set that consists of components produced by FRONIUS. The aims of the given task are an analysis of present production, and the use of the firm’s sources and the design of a workplace.
