Podpora geocachingu pro kapesní počítače s GPS

Abstract

Moderní technologie kapesních počítačů a navigačních systémů - jak je skloubit dohromady a při tom se bavit? Na tuto otázku se snaží tato práce odpovědět. Práce nejprve teoreticky informuje čtenáře o technologii GPS, o hře Geocaching a o technologii kapesních počítačů. Dále se práce věnuje návrhu a implementaci programu WMGeo, který má být tím pravým programem pro provozování Geocachingu na kapesním počítači PocketPC.Modern technologies of pocket computers (personal digital asistents, PDA) and navigation systems - how to combine them to have a fun? This is the question, that this work tries to answer. In the first few chapters, the work informs reader about the GPS technology, about Geocaching stash hunting game and about technology of pocket computers. A Concept and implementation of WMGeo program, which could be the Geocaching solution for the PocketPC, is presented.
