Návrh optimalizace financování vlastního bydlení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku optimalizace financování vlastního bydlení. Analyzuje současný trh nemovitostí a vývoj hypotečního trhu. Dále rozebírá hlediska posuzující efektivnost daného finančního produktu. Praktická část vyhodnocuje kritéria, kterými se lidé řídí při výběru finančního produktu, a další faktory, které toto rozhodnutí ovlivňují. Součástí je i modelový příklad zvoleného způsobu financování vlastního bydlení, který je zakončen návrhem optimalizace.The bachelor's thesis is focused on the problem of optimizing the financing of housing. It analyzes the current real estate market and the development of the mortgage market. It also discusses aspects of the reviewing the effectiveness of the financial product. The practical section evaluates the criteria by which people follow in the selection of a financial product, and other factors that affect this decision. It also includes a model example of the chosen mode of financing of housing, which is concluded with the proposal for optimization.
