Problematika určení hodnoty u staveb pro sport a rekreaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce s názvem Problematika určení hodnoty u staveb pro sport a rekreaci se zabývá zjištěním případného rozdílu mezi cenou dodávky stavby a hodnotou stavby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část definuje hodnotu a cenu, dále pak popisuje možnosti stanovení ceny stavby. V praktické části je rozebrána nabídková cena od zhotovitele a na základě tržního porovnání je stanovena hodnota vybrané stavby pro sport a rekreaci. Vybraná stavba pro sport a rekreaci je nově vybudovaná dřevostavba v obci Loučná nad Desnou, v části Kouty nad Desnou. Cílem této práce je stanovení ceny dodávky stavby, její porovnání s určenou hodnotou a následně posoudit existenci případného rozdílu.This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.
