Abstract
Táto bakalárska práca skúma riadenie nástupníctva v malých rodinných podnikoch so zameraním na spoločnosť VUIS Stavchem, rodinnú spoločnosť pôsobiacu v sektore stavebnej chémie na Slovensku. Výskum analyzuje výzvy a príležitosti spojené s prechodom vedenia z jednej generácie na druhú, pričom využíva teoretické rámce a praktické poznatky. Prostredníctvom komplexnej analýzy externého aj interného podnikateľského prostredia s použitím metodík PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces a SWOT práca identifikuje kľúčové faktory ovplyvňujúce úspešné nástupníctvo. Štúdia navrhuje štruktúrovaný štvorfázový plán nástupníctva založený na modeli „Relay Baton“, ktorý rieši potenciálne hrozby a poskytuje stratégie na zmiernenie rizík. Zistenia zdôrazňujú dôležitosť vyváženia tradície s inováciami a zároveň zachovania dôvery zainteresovaných strán počas prechodov vedenia. Navrhovaný systém riadenia nástupníctva ponúka praktický návod pre spoločnosť VUIS Stavchem a prispieva k širšiemu pochopeniu efektívneho plánovania nástupníctva v malých rodinných podnikoch.
This bachelor thesis examines succession management in small family businesses, focusing on VUIS Stavchem, a family-owned company operating in the construction chemicals sector in Slovakia. The research analyzes the challenges and opportunities associated with leadership transition from one generation to the next, utilizing theoretical frameworks and practical insights. Through comprehensive analysis of both external and internal business environments using PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, and SWOT methodologies, the thesis identifies key factors influencing successful succession. The study proposes a structured four-phase succession plan based on the "Relay Baton" model, addressing potential threats and providing risk mitigation strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of balancing tradition with innovation while maintaining stakeholder trust during leadership transitions. The proposed succession management system offers a practical roadmap for VUIS Stavchem and contributes to the broader understanding of effective succession planning in small family enterprises.
