Abstract
Článek reaguje na vydání specifikací inteligentního tachografu 2. verze a představuje vybrané podstatné změny. Dále jsou v obecné rovině zmíněny i obecné specifikace požadavků na tachografy, které je v některých případech vhodné zohlednit při posuzování těchto soustav.
The article reacts to publishing of specifications of smart tachographs 2nd version and introduces selected important amendments. There are also mentioned general specifications of requirements on tachographs, which are appropriate to take into account in forensic expertises.
