Rodinný dům s copycentrem

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh dvoupodlažního nepodsklepeného rodinného domku s prodejnou kopírovacích potřeb a copycentrem. Objekt je vystavěn v klidné části obce Štíty na Šumpersku, v k.ú. Štíty-město. Dům je navržen pro 4 osoby. Přístup k objektu a do provozovny je bezbariérový. Nosné konstrukce jsou vystavěny z pórobetonových tvárnic zateplených deskami z minerální vaty. Založen je pasech z prostého betonu. Střecha je vazníková, sedlová. Součástí projektu je seminární práce zaměřená na zhodnocení konstrukcí z hlediska tepelné techniky a akustiky.The subject of my thesis is the design non-celar two-storey family house with a shop of copy requirements and copycentr. The building is built in a quiet village in the Štíty near Šumperk, in the cadastral Štíty-město. The house is designed for 4 people. Access to the building and premises are wheelchair accessible. The support structures are built of aerated concrete blocks insulated slabs of mineral wool. House is built on a strip of plain concrete. The roof is a truss, saddle. The project is the work of the seminar focused on assessment of structures in terms of thermal and acoustic techniques.
