Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma „Doba návratnosti investice do rekonstrukce multifunkčního objektu“ pojednává o investování finančních prostředků do zlepšení podmínek užívaní multifunkčního objektu. V teoretické rovině se zabývá specifikací základních pojmů z oblasti životnosti staveb, cenové kalkulace nákladů a investičního rozhodování. V praktické části hodnotí smluvní cenu rekonstrukce, snížení nákladů na vytápění vlivem technických změn v konstrukci a taky dobu návratnosti investic ve finanční a morální podobě.Bachelor´s thesis „The Capital Cost Repayment Period of the Reconstruction of Multiple-function building“ deals with the reality of investing financial resources into improvement of conditions for use of multifunctional buliding. In the theoretical part it deals with specification of basic terms from the domain of building lifespan, calculation of financial costs and investment decision-making. In the practical part it judges contract cost of reconstruction, lowering the costs of heating by technical changes of construction and also return of investment in different forms.
