Rodinný dům v Boreči

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu v Boreči. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, kde dolní podlaží je zasazeno v terénu. Dům je tedy částečně podsklepen a kopíruje svažitý terén. Svah je orientovaný na jihovýchodní stranu. Hlavní vstup do domu je řešen v úrovni 1NP a to ze západní strany od příjezdové komunikace. V této části domu je dále umístěna vstupní hala, schodišťový prostor do 1PP, ložnice, dva dětské pokoje, koupelna s WC, úklidová komora, úložné prostory a garáž. V úrovni 1PP se nachází převážně společenská zóna, sestávající z obývacího pokoje s jídelnou a kuchyní. Dále se zde nachází pokoj pro hosty, prádelna, sauna, WC, technická místnost a spíž. Společenská i klidová zóna jsou orientovány na jižní až jihovýchodní stranu s výhledem. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z vápenopískových cihel. Strop nad nejnižší úrovní je ze železobetonové monolitické desky. Objekt je zastřešen plochou jednoplášťovou střechou se sklonem 3,5%.This bachelor´s thesis investigates the creation of detached house plans in the municipality of Boreč. The building is designed as a two story house where the lower floor is set to the ground. Thus the house is partly sub-based and follows the sloping terrain. The slope is oriented to the southeastern side. The main entrance to the house is located at the 2nd floor level, accessible from the west side of the access road. In this section of the house there is also an entrance hall, a staircase to the 1st floor, a bedroom, two children's rooms, a bathroom with a toilet, a utility room including a storage area and a garage. On the 1st floor there is a social zone, consisting of a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. There is also a guest room, a laundry room, a sauna, a toilet, a technical room and a pantry. The social and rest zones are oriented to the south to southeast with a view. Vertical structures are designed from sand-lime bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of reinforced concrete monolithic board. The building is roofed with a flat single-skin roof with a slope of 3.5 percent.
