Abstract

V diplomové práci je řešena novostavba rezidenčního domu. Objekt se nachází v libereckém kraji na pozemkové parcele číslo katastrální 42/1 v katastrálním území Liberec-Rochlice. Adresa stavby je Vratislavická 227 Liberec-Rochlice 460 59. Zastavěná plocha je 655 m2. Novostavba se nalézá ve svažitém terénu směrem k jihu. Objekt se nachází na dosud nezastavené parcele, v blízkosti bytových domů a domu s pečovatelskou službou. Budova je částečně podsklepená s dalšími čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. V suterénu je technické zázemí pro budovu, skladovací a parkovací prostory. V prvních dvou nadzemních podlažích je komerční využití pro administrativní provoz. Ve třetím a čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží se nachází byty. Celkem je zde pět bytových jednotek celkově pro 17 osob. Nosná konstrukce budovy je monolitický železobetonový skelet z beonu C 25/30 a výztuží B 500. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu C 16/20, a na patkách a desce z železobetonu C 25/30 a výztuží B 500. Obvodové a vnitřní zdivo je vyzděno v systému Porotherm. Střecha je řešena jako plochá. Pochúzná část je řešena jako extenzivní, nebo jako terasa s betonovou dlažbou. Nepochúzná část má jako stabilizační vrstvu kačírek.The master’s thesis dealt with newly built residential house.
