Novostavba nákupního centra

Abstract

Diplomová práce popisuje zpracování dokumentace novostavby nákupního centra na úrovni zadání projektu pro stavební povolení. Na návrh jsou kladeny požadavky na dispoziční řešení stavby s návazností na zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, tepelně technické, požární bezpečnosti,úspory energií a bezpečnost při užívání. Samostatný projekt je zpracován v programu AutoCad, výpočet pro posouzení tepelně technických vlastností je zpracován v programu Teplo a Ztráty. Výpočet pro posouzení požární bezpečnosti a statický výpočet železobetonové desky je zpracován ručním výpočtem.This thesis is decribing documentation of brand new shopping center building at the terms of project specification for the building permit. There are requirements set to the draft for the layout of the building in connection with ensuring construction in terms of static, thermal technical, fire safety, energy saving and safety in usage. The project is created in software AutoCad, the calculation for the assessment of thermal properties is created in the software Teplo a Ztráty. Calculation for the fire safety and static calculation of reinforced concrete panel is processed by manual calculation.
