Revitalizace historického jádra Hostěradic

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem revitalizace historického jádra obce Hostěradice, konkrétně budovy bývalé radnice a jejího okolí. Obec se nachází v Jihomoravském kraji a vyniká bohatou historií, kulturní tradicí a významným postavením v rámci regionální vinařské oblasti. Cílem návrhu je přetvoření bývalé radnice na kulturní a společenské centrum s důrazem na zachování historických a architektonických hodnot objektu. Součástí řešení je rovněž revitalizace veřejného prostoru náměstí a dostavba proluk v historické zástavbě pomocí nových obytných domů, které respektují měřítko a charakter obce. Návrh kombinuje veřejné, komunitní a obytné funkce a klade důraz na citlivé urbanistické začlenění, kvalitu veřejného prostoru a podporu místního komunitního života. V návrhu je uplatněn přístup k udržitelnosti, důraz na pěší pohyb, zeleň a začlenění původních konstrukčních prvků. Projekt usiluje o obnovení přirozeného centra obce, které bude sloužit nejen jejím obyvatelům, ale i širšímu okolí.This diploma thesis focuses on the revitalization of the historic center of the village of Hostěradice, specifically the former town hall building and its surroundings. Hostěradice is located in the South Moravian Region and is known for its rich history, cultural traditions, and its position within an important wine-producing area. The aim of the proposal is to transform the former town hall into a cultural and community center, with an emphasis on preserving the historical and architectural values of the building. The project also includes the revitalization of the public square and the infill of gaps in the historical built environment with new residential buildings that respect the scale and character of the village. The design integrates public, community, and residential functions while emphasizing sensitive urban integration, the quality of public spaces, and support for local community life. The proposal incorporates sustainability principles, promotes pedestrian movement, introduces greenery, and retains original structural elements such as vaults and historic masonry. The project aims to restore the natural center of the village, serving not only the residents of Hostěradice but also those from surrounding areas.
