Novostavba rodinného domu s provozovnou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu rodinného domu. Objekt je umístěn v obci Markvartice v mírně svažitém terénu a je koncipován pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Rodinný dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící, dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený. Součástí domu je i garáž. Hlavní vstup do objektu je v úrovni 1NP a vjezd do objektu je v úrovni 1S. Hlavní pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jih. Svislé konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickými tvárnicemi. Stropní konstrukce tvořeny cihelnými vložkami miako a keramobetonovými stropními nosníky. Rodinný dům je zastřešen pultovou střechou. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu AutoCAD. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na správné dispoziční řešení, architektonické řešení, statické požadavky a bezpečné užívání stavby.The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Markvartice in a gently sloping terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, two-floor, with a partly made cellar. There is also a garage in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor, and the entrance to the building is at the basement level. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a shed roof. The project was prepared using the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.
