Průběh zakázky v podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou průběhu zakázky ve vybraném podniku zabývajícím se zakázkovou výrobou jednoúčelových strojů. První část práce je věnována teoretickému rámci problematiky práce. Druhá část přináší představení podniku a detailní analýzu průběhu zakázky od jejího přijetí, přes jednotlivé organizační a výrobní etapy, až po expedici hotového zařízení, součástí je také identifikace a hodnocení rizik, která mohou během realizace zakázky nastat. Třetí část práce obsahuje návrhy řešení, které přispějí ke zlepšení průběhu zakázky podnikem a sníží možná rizika spojená s realizací zakázky.This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the order process in a selected company engaged in the custom manufacturing of single-purpose machines. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical framework of the problem. The second part presents the introduction of the company and a detailed analysis of the order process from its acceptance, through the individual production and organizational stages, up to the shipment of the finished equipment, it also includes the identification and evaluation of risks that may occur during the implementation of the order. The third part of the thesis contains proposals for solutions that will help to improve the progress of the contract by the company and reduce the possible risks associated with the execution of the contract.
