Komunikace mezi PLC B&R a PC

Abstract

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je naštudovanie softvérovej podpory firmy B&R a na jej základe vytvorenie funkcií, ktoré budú zapisovať/čítať dáta z/do PLC. V úvodnej časti sú uvedené základné možnosti komunikácie z PLC. Dôležitou časťou práce je vysvetlenie PVI objektovej hierarchie, ktorá je nutná pre pripojenie klienta. Hlavným výsledkom bakalárskej práce sú implementované funkcie v Simulinku/NI LabVIEW. V závere práce je demonštrovaná funkčnosť riešenia ukázaná na regulácii fyzikálnej sústavy.Objective of this thesis is to examine the software support for company B&R and creation of functions that handle input and output for the PLC. At first we look at basic communication techniques for the PLC. Important part of the thesis describes PVI which is esential for connecting the client. The main goal of the thesis is to implement these functions in Simulink/NI LabView. Functionality of this solution is showcased in the example at the end of the thesis.
