Návrh podpory řízení zakázky v informačním systému

Abstract

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza a optimalizácia procesu spracovania zákaziek v spoločnosti Bellinghaus s.r.o., ktorá sa zameriava na zákazkovú výrobu v oblasti priemyselnej automatizácie a robotického zvárania. Na základe zistených nedostatkov v oblasti riadenia zákaziek, skladového hospodárstva a spracovania dokumentácie je navrhnuté riešenie v podobe implementácie informačného systému Helios Easy. Návrh obsahuje jednotlivé etapy výberu a implementácie systému s prihliadnutím na špecifiká prevádzky. Cieľom práce je zvýšiť prehľadnosť, zefektívniť administratívne a výrobné procesy a podporiť ďalší rozvoj spoločnosti prostredníctvom digitalizácie a systémového riadenia.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and optimization of the order processing process in the company Bellinghaus s.r.o., which focuses on custom manufacturing in the field of industrial automation and robotic welding. Based on the identified shortcomings in the areas of order management, warehouse management and documentation processing, a solution is proposed in the form of the implementation of the Helios Easy information system. The proposal includes the individual stages of selection and implementation of the system, taking into account the specifics of the operation. The aim of the work is to increase clarity, to make administrative and production processes more efficient and to support further development of the company through digitalization and system management.
