Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybrané organizace. Obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti vybraných metod, rozbor vnějšího i vnitřního okolí firmy, na jehož základě jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení, které společnost může využít ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.
The bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of selected company. It includes theoretical knowledge of selected methods, analysis of internal and external business area. On the basis of individual analyses there are formulated proposals and recommendations, which could improve the current situation.
