Návrh marketingové srategie společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce představuje návrh marketingové strategie společnosti ZŘUD-Masokombinát Polička, a. s., která působí v oblasti masného průmyslu a zabývá se výrobou a prodejem masa a masných výrobků. Cílem práce je zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku a úspěšné hospodaření. První část práce je věnována shrnutí teoretických poznatků, které se týkají dané problematiky. V další části je zpracována SWOT analýza, Porterova analýza a rozbor marketingového mixu. Na základě analýzy podniku jsou navržena možná řešení.Master´s thesis presents the proposal of marketing strategy for the company ZŘUD-Masokombinát Polička, Ltd., which is operating in an area of meat industry and is dealing in produce and selling meats and meat products. The objective of the thesis is an increase of competitiveness of the company and successful management. The first part of the thesis is focused on a summary of teoretical knowledge, which is concerning given problems. In the next part of the thesis there is the SWOT analysis, Porter analysis and analysis of marketing mix. On the basis of the analysis of the company there are some possible solutions suggested.
