Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby pro novostavbu rodinného domu v Litovli. Rodinný dům je navržen na rovinatém terénu částečně podsklepený s jedním nadzemním podlažím a obytným podkrovím. Objekt je navržený pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Půdorys domu je navržen jako obdélníkový. Nosné stěny jsou z jednovrstvého keramického zdiva, suterénní nosné zdivo je z betonového ztraceného bednění. Stropní konstrukci tvoří železobetonová deska a keramické stropy. Zastřešení objektu je tvořeno sedlovou střechou s betonovou střešní krytinou. Částí objektu je garáž pro jeden osobní automobil.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the new family house in Litovel. The family house is designed on a flat terrain partly with basement with one above ground floor and residential attic. The object is designed for a four-member family. The ground plan of the house is designed as rectangular. The supporting walls are of one-layer ceramic masonry, the basement supporting masonry is of concrete lost formwork. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab and ceramic ceilings. The roof of the building consists of a saddle roof with a concrete roofing. Part of the building is a garage for one car.
