Analýza nákladů stavební zakázky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rozpočtových nákladů a nákladů skutečně vynaložených na rekonstrukci dvoupodlažního rodinného domu v Brně. Cílem práce je analýza nákladů a sestavení návodu pro postup provedení podrobné analýzy nákladů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy v teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé okruhy vztahující se k zadanému tématu a v praktické části jsou analyzovány náklady rozpočtové, uvedeny možné odchylky od nákladů skutečně vynaložených a popsán postup analýzy.Bachelor’s thesis is aimed to the analysis of the budgetary costs and the real expensiveness of a reconstruction of two-floor family house in Brno. A purpose of the thesis is to the analyze the cost and draw up a manual for detailed costs analysis procedure. The work is divided into two parts, particular unites related to assigned topic are described in the theoretical part, while in the practical part there are analysed the budgetary cost and the possible differences from the real expensiveness are mentioned.
