Rodinný dům v Šardicích

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace k částečně podsklepenému, dvoupodlažnímu rodinnému domu s kanceláří, který se nachází v obci Šardice. Dům je samostatně stojící ve stávající zástavbě a bude sloužit pro 4 člennou rodinu. V části 1.S bude umístněna garáž. Část 1.NP bude sloužit jako provozovna – projekční kancelář. Zbylá část 1.NP a celé 2.NP budou sloužit pro bydlení. Součástí domu je terasa s přístupem na terén.The subject of thesis is documentation for partial basement family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Šardice. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 member family. At the underground floor will located garage. At the bottom of first floor will located business – design office. In the rest of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden.
