Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunitního bydlení zvaného cohousing. Cílem praktické části této práce je vymezit možnosti alternativní dodávky elektrické a tepelné energie do daného obytného celku, stanovit konkrétní řešení, cenovou kalkulaci a návratnost investice.
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the special community way of living in the residential unit called cohousing. The aim of the practical part is to define the possibillities of the heat and electrical supply to the cohousing by the renewable energy, make a price calculation and specify the return of the investment.
