Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza postupů a pracovních činností ve firmě Ondřej Novotný – Agentura Gate. Práce bude vycházet z definování silných a slabých stránek firmy a z jejich důkladného rozboru, přičemž cílem práce bude návrh řešení na udržení a rozvoj firmy, která na trhu zažívá dlouhodobou stagnaci z pohledu zvyšujícího se obratu a zisku.
The main theme of the Bachelor’s thesis is analysis of working processes in Ondřej Novotný – Agentura Gate company. The work will be based on definitions of strenghts and weaknesses and its complete analysis with output of concept solution of company development as an objective. The ambition is to stop the earnings and sales stagnation.
