Faktory ovlivující proměnu současného města

Abstract

Cílem příspěvku je shrnout současný stav řešené problematiky z širšího pohledu hospodářské a sociální geografie, jak je popsán v knize Urbane Räume, jejímž autorem je Prof. Dr. Wolf Gaebe. Příspěvek pojednává o sídelních, hospodářských a sociálních strukturách v současném městě. Jsou zde uvedeny faktory, které podmiňují současné tendence vývoje měst a dále jsou představeny řídící elementy této proměny. Zjištěné výsledky budou vytvářet výchozí pozici pro vlastní zkoumání vývoje veřejných prostorů v konkrétních městech středoevropského regionu.The purpose of this contribution is to summarize the current state of discussed topics from a broader perspective of economic and social geography, as described in the book Urbane Räume, written by Prof. Dr. Wolf Gaebe. The contribution deals with residential, economic and social structures in the contemporary city. The article covers main factors defining current tendencies of citis developement and introduces major elements of this transformation. The ascertained results will create the starting position for the proper research of the public spaces development in particular citiesof the Central European region.
