Vliv stavebních detailů na cenu díla

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem výběru materiálů stropu na celkovou cenu stropní konstrukce. V teoretické části jsou obecně definovány stropní konstrukce, jejich požadavky, druhy stropů dle materiálu a dále základy oceňování stavebních prací a dodávek. V praktické části jsou navrhnuty stropní konstrukce nad 1.NP, které jsou vykalkulované v rozpočtu. Závěrem je analyzování vlivu výběru materiálu na cenu navržených stropních konstrukcí.This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the choice of material ceilings on the total price of the ceiling construction. In the theoretical part are generally defined ceiling structures, their requirements, types of ceilings by material and also the basis of valuation of construction works and supplies. In the practical part, ceiling structures above the 1st floor are proposed, which are calculated in the budget. Finally, I analyze the influence of material selection on the price of designed ceiling constructions.
