Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace stavební části k provedení stavby. Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba mateřské školy v obci Dolany u Olomouce. Budova je navržena pro 40 dětí předškolního věku. Nachází se blízko středu obce a je velmi dobře přístupná z okolních oblastí pro bydlení. Budova je částečně podsklepená a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zařízení a sklady. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází třídy pro děti a prostory zajištující provoz mateřské školy. Tato zděná budova je zateplená kontaktním zateplovacím systémem a zastřešená jednoplášťovou plochou střechou.Master´s thesis deals with the processing of building part of the project documentation for building construction. The aim of the Master´s thesis is a new building of kindergarten in the village Dolany near Olomouc. The building is designed for 40 preschool children. The building is situated near the centre of the village and is easily accessible from surrounding living areas. The building is partly basement and has two floors. In the basement there are technical equipments and storages. In the floors there are classes for children and areas ensuring the service of kindergarten. This masonry building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system and roofed with a warm flat roof.
