Firemní kultura - návrh postupu při expanzi podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zlepšení stavu firemní kultury ve společnosti Sloane Park Property Trust, a. s., a to prostřednictvím výsledků získaných dotazníkovým šetřením. Na základě analýzy získaných výsledků byly ve společnosti zjištěny nedostatky v obsahu práce a při nástupu do společnosti. Následně byla navržena opatření vedoucí k jejich odstranění. Hlavním cílem práce je navržení možných změn v oblasti firemní kultury při expanzi společnosti. Jmenovitě se jedná o formalizaci vztahů ve společnosti, sepsání etického kodexu, založení personálního oddělení, školení managementu, audit firemní kultury a využívání intranetu.The bachelor’s thesis is focused on improving the conditions of organizational culture in the company Sloane Park Property Trust, a. s. through results obtained from a questionnaire survey. The deficiencies in work content and entering into the company were detected in the company on the basis of an analysis of these gained results. Measures leading to the elimination of the deficiencies were proposed consequently. The principal aim of this thesis is the proposition of possible changes in the area of organizational culture by the company´s expansion. Namely these are formalization of the company´s relationships, formation of the ethics code, founding of a staff department, management training, audit of organizational culture and usage of the intranet.
