Pásový dopravník

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh vážícího pásového dopravníku, který bude součástí technologického celku betonárny. Práce obsahuje popis jednotlivých částí pásového dopravníku, základní funkční a kontrolní výpočty podle normy ČSN ISO 5048, určení důležitých rozměrů a návrh ocelové konstrukce dopravníku. Dále je zpracován výpočet únosnosti a použitelnosti této konstrukce pomocí programu IDA Nexis 32. Nakonec je zpracován výkres sestavy a výrobní výkres rámu.The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is the constructional design of the weighing belt conveyor, which will be part of the technological complex of concrete plants. It contains a description of the individual parts of the conveyor belt, the basic functional and control calculations according to ISO 5048, determination of critical dimensions and design of steel structures of conveyor. Next is processed the calculation of bearing resistance and usability of this constuction by using the computer program IDA Nexis 32. In the end is processed drawing of assembly and manufacturing drawing of the frame.
