Modelování návrhu stavebního díla

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením modelu stavebního díla. Model bude obsahovat technické, cenové a nákladové informace o stavebním objektu. Modelovým objektem je rodinný dům. Práce je složena z teoretické části, která uvádí základní poznatky z oblasti projektování, rozpočtování, oceňování a provozování stavebního díla. Praktická část vymodeluje stavební objekt se všemi náležitostmi a informacemi.The diploma thesis deals with modeling of the design of construction. The model will include technical, cost and cost information about the building. The model object is a family house. The thesis is composed of a theoretical part, which presents basic knowledge from the field of designing, budgeting, valuation and operation of building work. The practical part is designed by a building with all the requisites and with information.
