Viladům Kasalka v Humpolci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací viladomu Kasalka v Humpolci. Dům je situován na území kraje Vysočina v obci Humpolec, katastrální území Humpolec. Objekt je navržen jako zděná pětipodlažní stavba, kde svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM. Obvodové stěny jsou zatepleny. Objekt je zastřešen pomocí tří plochých střešních plášťů v různých výškových úrovních, z nichž dva jsou pochozí a využívané jako terasy. Součástí objektu je i hromadná garáž pro deset osobních automobilů typu 1a a malá provozovna kancelářského typu.This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. The building includes Garage for ten cars of type 1a and small establishment an office type.
