Abstract
Řešené území se nachází v městské části Brno - Komín, jeho urbanistická situace reaguje na charakter lokality a charakter terénu. Cílem bylo navrhnout obytný soubor s důrazem na rodinné bydlení. Základním prvkem jsou řadové domy osazené v terénu sledující spád terénu.
Solving area is located in the city of Brno - Komin, its urban situation reacts to the character of the site and the nature of the terrain. The goal was to design a residential complex with an emphasis on family houses. The basic elements are the row houses are following counterlines.
