Stavba v krajině – Winery

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout malý vinařský areál v blízkosti obce Strachotín s doprovodnými funkcemi (výroba vína, degustace, ubytování, ovčín, výroba sýra a bydlením pro vinaře). Řešení území vychází z urbanisticko-krajinářského konceptu. V něm je definována krajina (rozdělení funkcí, obslužnost území, výhledy,…) a také určeno umístění hlavních staveb (vinařství) a malých doprovodných staveb. Samotná stavba vinařství (stěžejní část diplomové práce) – její velikost a doprovodné funkce vycházejí z možností dané lokality a potřeb samotného provozu. Architektura se snaží respektovat dané místo a tvořit společně s krajinou harmonický celek.The goal of the thesis was to design a small vineyard in the vicinity of the Strachotín town, together with other functions (wine production, tasting, accommodation, sheepfold, cheese production and accommodation for winemakers). The basis for the area design comes from the concept of urban landscape, defining the landscape (function division, usability of the territory, views, …), as well as the placement of main structures (vineyard) and smaller accompanying constructions. The size and function of the vineyard (the core part of the thesis) are based on its requirements to be operational, as well as possibilities given by the location. The architecture strives to respect the location in order to create a harmony with the nature.
