Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti podniku Hortim International, spol. s r.o. v letech 2019 až 2023. Úvodní část práce se soustředí především na teoretické poznatky v oblasti finanční analýzy. Tím se myslí definice klíčových ukazatelů a jejich interpretace na poli hodnocení podniku. Navazující analytická část tyto vymezené poznatky aplikuje na konkrétní data společnosti a provádí zhodnocení její finanční situace. Poslední část práce je zasvěcena vlastnímu návrhovému opatření, jehož primárním účelem je zlepšení finanční situace podniku a jeho výkonnosti.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of the company Hortim International, spol. s r.o. from the years 2019 to 2023. The introductory part of the thesis concentrates primarily on theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis. This refers to the definition of key indicators and their interpretation in company performance evaluation. The following analytical part applies the identified findings to the specific data of the company and evaluates its financial situation. The final part of the thesis is devoted to a proposed measure, the primary aim of which is to improve the company’s financial situation and its overall performance.
