Návrh podpory operativního řízení výroby v tréninkovém centru

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podpory řízení realizace zakázky na operativní úrovni pro tréninkové centrum využívající laboratoř řízení podnikových procesů LAPROCO. V analytické části je popsána laboratoř včetně jejího hardwarového i softwarového vybavení a také předmět Operativní management výroby, do kterého práce nejvíce zasahuje. Návrhová část se zabývá řešením analýzy prvního prototypování vláčku, případovou studií, který bude využívána vy výuce a návrhem podpory v MES systému pro výrobu reklamního vláčku. V poslední části je shrnuto, jaký přínos má návrhová část této diplomové práce.This master thesis deals with the design of support for the management of order execution at the operational level for a training centre using the LAPROCO business process management laboratory. In the analytical part, the laboratory is described including hardware and software equipment and also the subject Operational production management, which the thesis mostly affects. The desing part deals with the solution of the analysis of the first prototyping of the train, a case study that will be used in the teaching and the design of the support in the MES system for the production of the advertising train. The last section summarizes the contribution of the design part of this thesis.
