Plavecké centrum v Brně

Abstract

Tématem projektu je návrh novostavby plaveckého centra v lokalitě Brno- Židenice. Pozemek se nachází na západě městské části Brno-Židenice, v těsném sousedství s městskou částí Brno-Vinohrady. Návrh vychází z tvaru pozemku, který je velmi nepravidelný a svažitý, z umístění nové stavby vůči stávající poliklinice a dodržení dostatečného odstupu od polikliniky. Objekt je částečně zakopán ve svahu a skládá se ze tří spojených hmot, z nichž dvě mají 2 nadzemní podlaží, třetí hmota tvoří „podnož“ a propojuje zbylé dvě hmoty- vstupní část, komunikační prostor. Dvě vyšší hmoty mají na první pohled budit dojem, že se uvnitř děje něco zajímavého- v jedné se nachází wellness a fitness, ve druhé šatny a hlavní prostor s bazény. Fasáda je navržena tak, aby příliš nekontrastovala se starší budovou polikliniky. Je navržena bílá omítka s prosklenými plochami a nepravidelnými okny se skrytým rámem. Důležité bylo dodržet odstup od polikliniky a zajistit předprostor objektu, kde se mohou stýkat a míjet jak pacienti polikliniky, tak návštěvníci plaveckého centra. Tento prostor může také sloužit k odpočinku.The theme of the project is concept of the new building of swimming pool in locality Brno-Židenice. The land is located on the west of district area Brno-Židenice, in close proximity to district area Brno-Vinohrady. The proposal is based on the shape of the land, which is very irregular and sloping, from the location of the new building on existing policlinic and compliance with sufficient distance from policlinic. The object is partially buried in the slope and consists of three united masses, two of which have two floors, the third mass is „a rootstock“ and connects the other two mass - entry, the communications space. Two higher masses, at first glance, to give the impression that there's something interesting - in one of them is wellness and fitness, in the second is locker room and the main space with swimming pools. The facade is designed to not too much contrast with the older building of policlinic. It's designed white plaster with glass surfaces and irregular windows with hidden frame. It was important to keep a distance from policlinic and ensure front space of object, where they can contact and pass as patients of policlinic, so visitors of swimming centre. This space can also serve to rest.
