Stanovení ekonomické efektivnosti podnikatelského záměru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením ekonomické efektivnosti projektu. Jedná se o projekt dostavby v odvětví sportu, rekreace, turistiky a cykloturistiky. Teoretická část je zahájena kapitolou, která popisuje témata spojená s fází přípravy a realizace projektu. V následující kapitole je přehled metod, kterými lze projekty posuzovat. Největší pozornost je věnována studii proveditelnosti jako jedné z metod pro posuzování projektů. V teoretické části je dále výčet ukazatelů hodnocení projektu a samostatná kapitola, která se věnuje analýze CBA. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení projektu, stanovení penežních toků a výsledné finanční a ekonomické hodnocení projektu.The diplome thesis deals with determination of economic efficiency of the project. This si a project of completion in the sports, recreation, hiking and biking. The theoretical part begins by a chapter describing preparation and implementation phases of the project. The following chapter is an overview of the methods that can be used to assess projects. The most of attention is given to the feasibility study as one of the methods for assessing projects. In the theoretical part is a list of indicators of evaluation of the project and a separated chapter with cost benefit analysis. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the project, the assessment of cash flow and the resulting financial and economic evaluation of the project.
