Rodinný dům s provozovnou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je projekt dvoupodlažního rodinného domu s provozovnou copy centra v Ostravě. Dům je určen pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Obsluha copy centra bude zajištěna obyvateli domu. Hlavní vstup do objektu je orientovaný na sever. Dům má nepravidelný půdorys a je zastřešen plochou a pultovou střechou. Pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na západ. Objekt je postaven z keramických tvárnic, kde svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří zdivo Porotherm, vodorovné konstrukce tvoří polomontovaná stropní konstrukce Porotherm. Projekt byl vypracován pomocí počítačového programu ArchiCAD. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání.The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a detached house with establishment copy centre in Ostrava. The house is suitable for housing a family of four. Operation copy centre will provide residents of the house. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered with a flat roof and aisle roof. Residential rooms are oriented to the west. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks with structural system Porotherm as the vertical supporting construction and for the horizontal supporting construction the Porotherm semi-fitted ceiling system was used. The project was developer by a computer program ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.
