Abstract
Návrh študentského centra a kolejí na nárožnú parcelu existujúceho mestského bloku na nábreží rieky Svratky. Program bývania pre 225 študentov a menzy vydávajúcej 800 obedov denne vsadená s rešpektom voči stávajúcim stavbám. Koncept je založený na rozdelení bývania a ostatných funkcií a orientovaní ich do iných častí objektu. Časť bývania s chodbou presvetlenou svetlíkmi prechádzajúcimi všetkými nadzemnými podlažiami a časť spoločenských miestností (určených aktivitám ako tanec, hudba, ateliérová činnosť) orientovaných na sever s krásnymi výhľadmi.

Housing part with light shafts penetrating the building reaching to the ground floor and part with common areas (dedicated to activities such as dance, music, studio work) orientated towards the north with beautiful views.
