Podnikatelský plán

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro provoz čerpací stanice s pomocí franšízy od společnosti OMV. V teoretické části je obecně popsána podnikatelská činnost, podnikání formou franšízy a popis analýz použitých v této práci. V analytické části jsou pak provedeny analýzy, které jsou nezbytné pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V poslední části je popsán samotný návrh podnikatelského plánu a harmonogram jeho realizace.The main goal of this thesis is to create business plan for the gas station with help of OMV franchise. Entrepreneurship, franchising and definition of used analyses are described in the theoretical part. Necessary analyses are performed in the analytical part. Suggested business plan and harmonogram of its implementation are described in the last part of this thesis.
