Tvorba logistické koncepce ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje logistickou koncepci ve společnosti Autoexpres CZ, s. r. o. Skládá se z teoretického východiska práce a analýzy současné situace firmy. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy logistiky. V analýze současné situace vybrané firmy je popsán současný průběh zakázky, jsou analyzovány procesy ve společnosti a jsou prošetřeny náklady. V závěrečné části jsou provedeny návrhy řešení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení průběhu zakázky, úspoře času, nákladů a následně ke zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků i vedení společnosti.This thesis analyzes a logistic concept in the company Autoexpres CZ, s. r. o. It consists from a theoretical part and from an analysis of current situation in the company. In the theoretical part are explained the basic logistic terms. In the analysis of current situation in the company is described a current progress of a contract, an analysis of processes in the company and costs. In the last part of the thesis are final proposals which should help to the better progress of a contract, to save time, costs and to increase satisfaction of a customers and also leadership of the company.
