Mechanické shrabovací česle

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce hrablových mechanických shrabovacích česlí a skládá se z několika hlavních částí. První část diplomové práce zpracovává přehled současné nabídky strojně stíraných česlí. V druhé části jsou řešeny základní parametry a výpočty pro návrh konstrukce mechanických česlí. Ve třetí je proveden rozbor konstrukce s pomocí modeláře SolidWorks a je vysvětlena funkce jednotlivých částí česlí. Poslední část diplomové práce je zaměřena na pevnostní kontrolu klasickými výpočtovými metodami a také Metodou konečných prvků (MKP) s použitím programu I-DEAS.This diploma thesis deals with construction concept of mechanical rake screen and consists of several main sections. The first section of the diploma thesis covers an overview of the current supply of mechanically scraping rack. In the second section, basic parameters and calculations are solved for the mechanical rack construction concept. In the third one however, analysis of the construction is realized with SolidWorks modeller and the functions of particular parts of the rack is explained. The last section of the diploma thesis focuses on stress control using classic calculation methods and Finite Element Methods (FEM) using a program called I-DEAS.
