NOVÉ NA STARÉ – Brno, nároží Bratislavská - Stará

Abstract

Návrh polyfukčního domu se nachází na území města Brna a to přesněji Brna - střed. Půdorysná stopa navržených objektů doplňuje chybějící hmotu nároží. Vytváří tak jaký si pomyslný spojovací uzel obou uličních front. Stavby také respektuje výšku přiléhajících budov. Celý objekt sestává z jednoho podzemního a šesti nadzemních podlaží. Směrem k ulici Bratislavská je snaha parter co nejvíce otevřít a zpřístupnit pěšákovi prostor vnitrobloku. Zároveň díky tomu vzniká jaký si před prostor přímo naproti divadlu Radost, který mohou návštěvníci divadla volně využít. Ulice Stará je pak pojata jako klidnější ulice s průchodem v parteru a řadou obchodů, které lákají pěšáka právě ke vstupu mezi budovy. Na nároží je pak v parteru umístěna prostorná kavárna. V objektu na ulici Bratislavská jsou ve druhém podlaží společenské prostory pro najemníky bytů a ve třetím až šestém samotné byty. V druhém objektu na ulici Stará jsou byty umístěny v druhém až šestém podlaží.Proposal for the multifunctional building is located within the City and to more accurately Brno - center .
