Návrh optimalizace financování vlastního bydlení

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou možností financování bydlení. Popisuje fungování stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěru, možnosti a způsoby refinancování hypoték, možnosti využití státní podpory, srovnání a kombinace více produktů, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část obsahuje modelový příklad a doporučení optimálního řešení financování bydlení.This project deals with the analysis of different options of housing financing. The work describes the functioning of the building saving accounts and the mortgage credit together with refunding of the mortgage credit, possibilities of the subvention, comparison and combination of more products, their advantages and disadvantages etc. The practical part of this work includes the model examples and recommendations of the optimal solution of housing financing.
