Vlakem do Dvora - Přestupní terminál ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem

Abstract

Primárním cílem bakalárské práce bylo vytvorit na zadaném území autobusový a vlakový terminál spojený s centrem novou peší osou, která by byla odclonena od prumyslové zóny teplárny CEZ zástavbou. Soucasná prístupová cesta na pozemek není príliš atraktivní a proto se projekt snaží definovat novou. Návrh respektuje merítko mesta a okolí parcely i existenci soucasné zástavby v podobe supermarketu Tesco a budov výroby Vánocních ozdob. Dále respektuje osy stávajících budov na parcele, tím je urcena jeho kompozice. Projekt vytváří městský prostor s novými funkcemi jako jsou koncertní sál, pošta, policie, parky, obchodní domy, krytý bazén nebo galerie.The aim of the thesis is to design a train and a bus terminal attached to the city centre by a new pedestrian area, which is separated from the industrial area by a housing development. Since the current access to the property is very poor, another aim of this project is to design a new access road. There are a number of aspects taken into account, i.e. the scale of the city and its surroundings, a current housing development such as Tesco store and a Christmas decoration factory. What is also considered is the dimensions of the nearby buildings, which determine the dimensions of the design project. The project promotes the emergence of an urban area with new facilities such as a concert hall, post office, police station, parks, stores, indoor swimming pool and gallery.
