Ženy v řídících funkcích a jejich přínos pro podnik

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku žen v manažerských pozicích ve vybraném stavebním podniku. Analyzuje postavení žen v podniku, gender v managementu a genderovou integrovanost v podniku. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou specifikovány problémy uplatnění žen v managementu tohoto podniku. V závěru jsou navržena praktická doporučení pro uplatnění žen ve vedoucích podnicích se specifikací přínosu pro podnik.This thesis is focused on the issue of women in managerial positions in a selected construction company. It analyzes the situation of women in the company, gender in the management and gender integration in the company. The specific problems of women in this company’s management are characterized on a basis of a survey. At the end of this thesis there are practical suggestions regarding how women can assert themselves on managerial positions with possible contribution to the company.
