Informační systém pro vyhodnocení činnosti zaměstnanců univerzity

Abstract

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť, implementovať a nasadiť informačný systém na hodnotenie výkonnosti zamestnancov univerzity, konkrétne univerzitných učiteľov a výskumníkov. Systém umožní zber, spracovanie a vyhodnocovanie údajov o činnostiach zamestnancov v súlade s internými predpismi. Používatelia budú vypĺňať formuláre v sys- téme, pričom zadané údaje budú overované na základe preddefinovaných rolí a následne spracované a exportované v rôznych formátoch na štatistické a manažérske účely. Systém bude využívať databázu MariaDB, riadiacu vrstvu v PHP postavenú na frameworku Lara- vel a klientskú používateľskú časť (ktorá bude vyvinutá) komunikujúcu cez API. Výsledný systém centralizuje a zefektívni existujúce procesy hodnotenia výkonnosti na univerzite, čím zlepší prehľadnosť, efektivitu a podporu rozhodovania pre vedenie fakúlt a katedier.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design, implement, and deploy an information system for evaluating the performance of university employees, specifically targeting university teachers and researchers. The system will facilitate the collection, processing, and evaluation of data related to employee activities in compliance with internal regulations. Users will fill out forms within the system, and the entered data will be validated according to predefined roles and later be processed and exported in various formats for statistical and managerial purposes. The system will utilize a MariaDB database, a PHP-based controller layer built on the Laravel framework, and a client-side UI (to be developed) communicating with API. Final system centralizes and streamlines existing performance evaluation processes across the university, enhancing visibility, efficiency, and decision-making support for the management of faculties and departments.
