Návrh zeštíhlení procesu údržby

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací procesu reaktivní údržby ve výrobním podniku Continental Barum s.r.o. První část práce představuje teoretická východiska z oblasti řízení podnikových procesů, údržby ve výrobním podniku a metod procesní analýzy. Následující analytická část představuje podnik a popisuje současný stav procesu reaktivní údržby, jeho organizační zajištění a identifikaci slabých míst. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků je v návrhové části práce zpracováno řešení, které spočívá v implementaci systému sledování polohy údržbářů v kombinaci s rozhodovacím algoritmem.This bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of the reactive maintenance process in the manufacturing company Continental Barum s.r.o. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background in the field of business process management, maintenance in manufacturing enterprises, and process analysis methods. The following analytical part introduces the company and describes the current state of the reactive maintenance process, its organizational structure, and the identification of weak points. Based on the identified deficiencies, the proposal section of the thesis presents a solution consisting of the implementation of an employee location tracking system combined with a decision making algorithm.
