Abstract

Diplomová práce je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace, obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Projekt řeší novostavbu volně stojící budovy, Obecní úřad se základní školou. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, má tři nadzemní podlaží a suterén. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí budovy, technická místnost, strojovna výtahu a komunikační prostor. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou prostory obecního úřadu, knihovna, rodičovské centrum s hernou a toalety. Druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží zaujímají prostory základní školy. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží najdeme školní učebny, šatnu a toalety. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází jídelna, družina, sborovna učitelů a toalety. Součástí projektu jsou rovněž dispoziční studie, dva specializované projekty, posouzení objektu a konstrukcí z hlediska stavební fyziky, případně požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby.The thesis is developed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The project addresses the new building freestanding buildings, municipal office with an elementary school. The building is a partial basement, three floors and basement. In the basement is the technical background of the building, utility room, machine room and communication space. On the first floor there are areas of the municipal office, library, parent center and game room with toilets. The second and third floors above ground occupied spaces elementary school. On the second floor we find classrooms, changing rooms and toilets. On the third floor is a dining room, suite, staffroom teachers and toilets. The project also includes dispositional studies, two special projects, assessment of buildings and structures in terms of building physics, or fire safety design of the building.
