Vliv technologie výstavby na cenu stavebního díla

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou vlivu technologie výstavby na cenu stavebního díla. Teoretická část popisuje tématiku ceny, nákladů, stanovení rozpočtu, druhů výstavby a konstrukčních systémů. Praktická část posuzuje na konkrétním rodinném domě vybrané druhy konstrukčních systémů z hlediska ceny a technologie.The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the effect of construction technology on structure and price. Theoretical part describes the topic of price, costs, setting the budget, sorts of construction and constructive systems. Practical part looks on the chosen sorts of constructive systems in terms of technology and price.
